Silver Falls Capital announced today that it has acquired privately held Agriair, LLC based in Mukilteo, WA. Agriair designs, manufactures and distributes a range of industrial grade Ionized Hydro Peroxide systems that ensure air quality and sanitation in demanding, indoor agriculture facilities.
Agriair’s equipment prevents high value crop loss caused by the harmful effects of mold, spores, volatile organic compounds and surface contaminants prevalent in indoor agriculture facilities. They help customers meet compliance requirements for air quality, food and product safety and a healthy work environment at their facilities.
