Paul de la port, EVP & CO-FOUNDER                

Paul is a co-founder of Silver Falls Capital. He has held executive P&L roles with companies including Danaher, Fortive, GE and Dresser. Most recently he was President of Fluke's Industrial Businesses, including Fluke Digital Systems, a new SaaS business platform for asset maintenance that he helped create.

Paul is passionate about leading breakthrough innovation and strategic transformation and has a track record of delivering results, in successful acquisitions, hands-on product leadership and sales / marketing execution.  

Paul grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and has also lived in Italy, Sweden, the UK and across the US.  Of all these places, he and his family love the Pacific Northwest most, calling it home since 2013.  

Jason wilbur, EVP & CO-FOUNDEr

Jason is a co-founder of Silver Falls Capital. He spent 16 years in senior leadership with a number of Danaher operating companies; the last ten in P&L leadership as General Manager, Vice President and President of leading global brands including Raytek, Veeder-Root and Fluke Networks.

A strong believer in and skilled practitioner of Lean Manufacturing, Complex Problem Solving, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement, Jason has effectively leveraged these principles across a range of industries.

Originally from a small town in Iowa's corn fields, Jason and his family have lived in Arizona, California, Connecticut and Spain.  Despite the many relocations, Jason has considered Seattle “home” for over 20 years.
